Gamerdium is a hella lit video game retail company focusing on "The Real Gamer Experience." That means it's run by gamers, for gamers and not a room full of suits...well...unless we're talking about Agent 47 or 007.
7 days a week 9:30am - 5:00pm text and email only. Our online store is open 24/7/365.
We're always adding amazing video games, accessories, and other products. Even if you don't see the game title and / or product on our website, you can still contact us to place an order or for any other gaming needs.
Typically, shipping is not free. However, shipping is FREE with a Gamerdium Subscription. (Some exclusions may apply).
Yes! Doesn't matter how old the console is: we've repaired Original NES, PSone, Sega Genesis etc., even up to newer consoles like Xbox One and PS4.
Depending on the issue, 6-10 business days. We want you to get back to gaming, but we also want to make sure it's fixed.
You can email us at gamerdium@gamerdium.com with your order number and ask to cancel.
